Shipping Policy

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Fireside Creek Scoops! We carefully prepare and package each order before sending it on its way to you.

Processing Times

Because our Scoops, Creek Pebbles, Rugged Creek Pebbles, Seasons at the Creek, and other mystery products are individually prepared, processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Please allow time for your order to be prepared, filmed (if applicable), packaged, and shipped. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and Fireside Creek Scoops so the situation can be reviewed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and keep the original packaging and damaged items. Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate mystery items, or dissatisfaction with randomly selected items.

This does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.

❤️ Thank you for supporting Fireside Creek Scoops! We appreciate every order and can’t wait for your surprises to make their way from our creek to your home!
