Welcome to Fireside Creek Scoops! By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Our Products
Fireside Creek Scoops offers mystery products, including Scoops, Creek Pebbles, Rugged Creek Pebbles, Seasons at the Creek and other specialty items.
All mystery purchases contain randomly selected surprises. Specific items, colors, brands and styles are not guaranteed. Duplicate items are possible.
We welcome your favorite colors, likes and dislikes and will do our best to accommodate your preferences. However, special requests are not guaranteed.
2. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received before your order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will issue a refund.
3. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate items or dissatisfaction with randomly selected prizes.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or contains missing items, please contact us so we can address the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
4. Shipping and Processing
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the situation.
5. Videos and Social Media
Fireside Creek Scoops may offer scoop videos, livestreams and other social media content.
Videos and livestreams are subject to scheduling and availability. Purchasing a mystery product does not automatically guarantee a video unless one is specifically included with your purchase.
We may share videos featuring your order on our social media platforms. We will not intentionally display your full shipping address or private payment information.
6. Product Safety
Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific age recommendations, warnings and safety instructions.
7. Product Availability
Our inventory is constantly changing. Products shown in photographs, videos and previous orders are examples only.
We reserve the right to modify product selections, pricing and availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless we contact you to resolve an issue.
